I would have preferred getting all of the documentation requests all at once rather than several spread out over weeks. Also some clarification about exactly what you need, ie which type of IRS transcript needed ? It also feels like we sent some info twice, not knowing which person needed it. This caused some confusion and stress. Overall, Ron was great and always available to answer questions
